Synoptos is seeking a media savvy Account Coordinator to guide analysis of news and social media data for our varied Fortune 500 and government clients. Account Coordinators are consultants who marshal researchers, software, and industry knowledge to deliver quality content to clients. You’ll provide input on and oversee junior staff in composing client deliverables. You’ll also serve as the primary point of contact for clients and be responsible for documenting client interactions, addressing problems in consultation with others, and ensuring delivery timelines are met.
The ideal candidate requires little direction or supervision, and is capable of working autonomously or as part of a project team, managing client relationships, and consistently producing quality client deliverables.
