The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) needed to improve public awareness of its work and services, increase its responsiveness to news and social media commentary, and stimulate national dialogue around key topics, such as depression and suicide.


Synoptos developed an influencer-based social media strategy and launched a series of tactics to engage the most prominent individuals and stakeholders.
